🔁 Returns & Exchanges

Unopened Products
We accept returns of unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return:

  • Contact us at support@lustybanana.com with your order number and reason for return

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status

  • Refunds (excluding original shipping cost) will be processed to your original payment method

Opened Products
Due to the intimate nature of our products and for the safety and hygiene of all customers:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on any opened items

  • Exception: If your product is defective due to a factory fault, you may qualify for a replacement under our warranty (see below)

🛡️ 1-Year Quality Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our products. All LustyBanana branded electronic products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers:

  • Malfunctions due to manufacturing defects

This warranty does NOT cover:

  • Damage due to misuse, neglect, or improper care

  • Wear and tear, cosmetic issues, or battery degradation

To submit a warranty claim:

  • Contact support@lustybanana.com with your order number and a description (photos/videos encouraged)

  • Upon confirmation, we will arrange a replacement or alternative solution
